Pete framed Jessie for the incident and he managed to turn Woody and Jessie one against the other. Al called Geri to fix Woody's arm, and after that Geri took off Andy's signature on Woody's foot. However, Pete secretly turned the TV on and Al then woke up. As Al fell asleep in the lounge, Woody tried to find his way out. The cunning Pete later told Woody that the arm can be fixed within no time. As Al McWhiggin started playing with Woody, Pete secretly ripped his arm off. In order to stop Woody from leaving so he could be sold to the Konshi toy museum with the roundup, he conspired against Woody without anyone knowing about it. Pete however learnt that Woody has an owner called Andy. He shows Woody who he is on TV and tells him that it only lasted for a few seasons. He at first appears as he greets Woody for joining them at Al's apartment. He was voiced by Kelsey Grammer, who also voiced Tarkin in the TV show Star Wars: Rebels and he portrayed Harold Attinger. He is a cunning, selfish and manipulative member of Woody's roundup who dictates the latter and convinces (or even forces) them to live with him in the toy museum of Tokyo.
